How It All Began
My Coffee started in 2014 with a simple dream: to share exceptional coffee with our community. What began as a small operation in a converted garage has grown into a beloved roastery, but our commitment to quality and craftsmanship remains unchanged.
Our founder, Sarah Martinez, discovered her passion for coffee during travels through Central America, where she learned about the intricate process from bean to cup.
